The following general terms and conditions govern all transactions made on the Fadwa Sabiry web catalog.
Any order placed on this site implies the client's unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these conditions.
This contract is a distance contract intended to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of selling Fadwa Sabiry products, via the Internet platform www.fadwasabiry.com, a service and trademark registered by Fadwa Sabiry.
In the continuation of the contract, each of the expressions mentioned above shall be understood in the sense of its definition, namely:
"Distance contract": any contract concerning goods or services between Fadwa Sabiry and a Consumer within a system of distance selling or services organized by
Fadwa Sabiry, which uses only the Internet network up to the conclusion of the contract, including the conclusion of the contract itself.
"Consumer": any individual who, in this contract, acts for purposes outside their professional activity.
"Order Form": a document indicating the characteristics of the Products ordered by the Consumer, which must be signed by them through a "double click" to commit them.
"Order": the act by which the Consumer commits to buying Products and Fadwa Sabiry commits to delivering them.
All products in the catalog are sold until stocks run out.
Fadwa Sabiry reserves the right to withdraw an item from the catalog without prior notice,
and cannot be held responsible for damages or for canceling an order due to the impossibility of using the purchased product due to incompatibility with the buyer's existing equipment.
After finding the product(s) you're interested in, click the 'order' button, and the product will be added to your order form. You can modify your order at any time,
and you can return to the catalog by clicking on "continue shopping".
Once you've finished shopping, validate your order by clicking the 'pay' order button.

After the cancellation of the order by Fadwa Sabiry, you may reorder.
The prices listed in the catalog are in Moroccan Dirham (MAD), including VAT, and are valid at the time the client consults them and are the prices in effect at the time of the order.
You also have the option to choose another currency. The amount is calculated automatically based on the exchange rate at the time of ordering.
The order will be executed at the latest within 2 days from the day after the Consumer places the order.
In case of unavailability of the ordered Product, the Consumer will be informed as soon as possible and will have the option to cancel the order.
They may then choose to either request a refund within thirty days at the latest after payment, or exchange the Product.
All product orders are subject to availability. In case of supply difficulties or stockouts, we reserve the right to offer you information on replacement products of equal or higher quality and value, which you can order. If you do not wish to order the replacement products, we will refund any sum you have paid.
Delivery is not provided by Fadwa Sabiry; the customer will retrieve their goods at the delivery address indicated on their Order Form. Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Consumer on the Order Form. The Consumer must check the packaging of the goods upon delivery and report any damage caused by the carrier on the delivery note as well as to Fadwa Sabiry within one day.
How much does delivery cost?
We deliver in Casablanca for a fee of 20 MAD. The time of delivery is between 24 and 48 hours (working days).
For other cities, the fee of delivery is 50 MAD and the delivery time between 24 and 72 hours.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM are generally delivered the following day.
The exact delivery fee is calculated when placing the order.
When validating the order, you can choose to pay by card or on delivery.
For orders outside Morocco, the costs are calculated automatically when placing the order, depending on the weight of the order and the destination country.
In general, the delivery time is between 3 and 6 days.
We accept only payment by card in this case.

From the date of delivery of your order, you have 7 days to exchange your item or receive a full refund.
The procedure and return shipping costs are your responsibility. However, only goods returned in perfect resellable condition, complete, and in their original packaging can be exchanged or refunded.
In case of receiving a defective item, we commit to exchanging it, covering the return procedure and shipping costs.
Note that we do not accept exchanges or returns for promotional items.
To pay for your order, you choose the payment method from those offered by Fadwa Sabiry on the payment page.
In this case, the transaction for debiting your account is processed on the day following the confirmation of delivery.
Your multi-channel payments are secured by the Interbank Monetary Center (CMI), which offers a fully secure payment service.
The Consumer guarantees Fadwa Sabiry that they have the necessary authorizations to use
the chosen payment method at the time of validating the Order Form. In case of payment by credit card,
the provisions relating to fraudulent use of the payment method set forth in the agreements between
the Consumer and the card issuer and between Fadwa Sabiry and its bank apply.
The information requested from you is necessary for processing your order and will be treated confidentially.
You have the right to correct any personal data related to you.
You may receive advertising from Fadwa Sabiry unless you have stated that you refuse the use of your personal data for such purposes.
From the date of delivery of your order, you have 7 days to exercise your right of withdrawal and receive a full refund.
The return shipping costs are your responsibility. However, only goods returned in perfect resellable condition,
complete, and in their original (unopened) packaging can be refunded.
You have the right to cancel your order before it is shipped. In this case, you will be fully refunded.
If your cancellation request is received after the order has been shipped, the procedure applied will be that of the right of withdrawal (See paragraph 13).
All products sold on the catalog are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and material defects. The duration of this warranty is one week (from the invoice date).
In case of returning equipment found to be non-defective, shipping and handling fees may be charged to the customer. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or negligence.
Proof of transactions paid by credit card: Data recorded by CMI on the multi-channel payment platform for Fadwa Sabiry constitutes proof of all commercial transactions made between you and Fadwa Sabiry.
Fadwa Sabiry is only liable for the performance of its obligations as long as no force majeure event hinders them.
